15-minute Cold Plunge sessions are the perfect way to recharge when you’re short on time. Starting your morning with a plunge is one of the most powerful ways to boost energy, sharpen focus, and set the tone for your entire day.
Cold water immersion (CWI) works by exposing your body to cold temperatures, typically between 6–15°C. This triggers a controlled stress response. Which causes your blood vessels to constrict, then widen again as you warm up, improving circulation, reducing inflammation, and supporting muscle recovery. The cold also activates your nervous system, releasing endorphins and norepinephrine, leaving you feeling alert but calm, and energised.
Whether you’re recovering after a workout or just need a quick reset before work, a few minutes in the cold can do wonders for your body and mind.

Private Infrared Sauna - Infrared sessions takes place in fully private room. This ensures you can unwind in complete comfort and privacy, allowing you to fully experience the relaxing and rejuvenating benefits of the infrared without any distractions.

Our sessions are designed to be intimate and energising, with space for a solo customer or a group to to 5. You’ll rotate between the heat of our cozy barrel-style traditional sauna and the chill of the cold plunge as part of a regenerative contrast therapy experience. Whether you're here for recovery, resilience, or simply a moment to reset, this session offers the perfect balance of connection and downtime.
